ZOMG CAT!

Thanks to all of you for your input on what to name our new cats, it helped spur conversation as to what their names should be.

I thought I would share some photos taken by Erin with you all.

Meet Roark

Named after a character in one of Erin's favorite books.
Other names considered — Lovie, Link, as well as others that I can't remember.

Meet Komodo

6 months old
Named after the Komodo Dragon because she walks like a lizard at times.
Other names considered — Halas, Hacker, Tetra, Zelda, Corey, as well as others that I can't remember.

So we decided to get this little guy too, assuming he hasn't been adopted since Saturday.

It’s Caturday!

Well, we (me and Erin) adopted a cat today. We pick her up on Tuesday, so we don't have her yet.

Her current name is Corey, she's a six month old gray and black tabby with white paws. Here's her info but the picture doesn't do her justice. She's pretty active (and likes me better than she likes Erin).

So here's what we need… a (better) name. The names in the running currently are:

  • Halas (my favorite so far)
  • Lovie
  • Corey
  • Urlacher
  • Ditka
  • Bear
  • ZOMG Cat!
