		<description>yeah you know I thought the same thing about all of the skin color talk. The fact that these two coaches made it to the superbowl definetaly reflects their character more than their skin color. But if you look at the amount of people employed in the NFL as players that are african american as a ratio to white players, and then the ration to african american coaches to white coaches there is a big difference. The fact they these two broke a glass cieling so successfully is not the reason they made it to the superbowl but it is something worth noting.</description>
